My daughter saw the POP tie on Instagram and absolutely loved it but I knew it would be tight getting it in time before the concert. However I emailed and received a response straight away from Niamh saying she would make sure the tie was dispatched in time, great communication and service. The tie itself is fab, great colours and embroidery, my daughter was thrilled and many people at the concert were admiring it, thank you so much!
