Returns/Exchanges
As everything is Made To Order, I try to minimise as many returns or exchanges as possible but, I am always willing to help with any issues you might be having. Please do not hesitate to get in touch!
If your order has arrived damaged or faulty please get in touch using my contact form describing the issue.
Return Postage is the buyers responsibility.
No returns or exchanges accepted after 30 days of order arriving.
Any Returns must be unworn, unused and have any and all original tags.
Where is my order?
For made to order items, please refer to the current processing time shown above.
All orders come with a tracking number. Please refer to any Junk or Spam mail folders for your dispatch email with your tracking information.
Often orders are returned to us due to incomplete address or they are left unclaimed at their country of destinations customs/ delivery offices. In this instance if the buyer would like a redelivery attempt, Shipping will have to be repurchased.
I am shipping from Northern Ireland, Non-Mainland UK. Average shipping times are as follows:

Customs/ Duty Fees/ Tariffs
I am shipping from Northern Ireland, Non Mainland UK. I am unable to pay for and I am not responsible for any customs fees upon the arrival of your order to its country of destination. All orders are shipped with Tracked Services with Royal Mail unless otherwise specified.
USA: Last Updated 18th August 2025
On the 30th of July, the United States Government announced a new Executive Order which outlined further changes to customs obligations and processes for goods being imported into the USA.
These changes affect all customers and carriers who export goods to the USA and are currently expected to come into effect on the 29th of August 2025.
At the moment it is unclear how much these new duties and tariffs will cost and unfortunately as a small business I cannot afford to take this risk and absorb these costs.
From August 29th we will hopefully have a better understanding and accurate details on the exact costs of these new tariffs. From there I will reintegrate US shipping to the website with an updated checkout system to breakdown the true cost for customers.
EU: Custom fees will apply. Average fee is 12% of your order value.
Rest of the World: Custom fees may apply
How does the apparel fit?
All apparel is unisex with a loose regular fit.
I recommend sticking to your usual size or sizing up 1-2 sizes for an oversized fit.
