Returns/ Exchanges and Shipping Policies

As everything is Made To Order, I try to minimise as many returns or exchanges as possible but, I am always willing to help with any issues you might be having. Please do not hesitate to get in touch!

If your order has arrived damaged or faulty please get in touch using my contact form describing the issue.

Return Postage is the buyers responsibility.

No returns or exchanges accepted after 30 days of order arriving.

Often orders are returned to us due to incomplete address or they are left unclaimed at their country of destinations customs/ delivery offices. In this instance if the buyer would like a redelivery attempt, Shipping will have to be repurchased.

Any Returns must be unworn, unused and have any and all original tags.

I am shipping from Northern Ireland, Non Mainland UK. I am unable to pay for and I am not responsible for any customs fees upon the arrival of your order to its country of destination. All orders are shipping with Tracked Services with Royal Mail unless otherwise specified.
